Updating the Eluve Extension

The Eluve browser extension will automatically update when new versions are available. This will require no action from you most of the time. However, sometimes Google will slowly roll out the extension to all users or we will add new functionality that will require your approval to enable those features.

Update the extension

If you see this message, you will need to update the extension before syncing with 3rd party EHRs like Jane or Tebra.

Additional Permissions required

Occasionally, updates to the extension will require additional permissions in order to function. In this case, the extension will show as disabled until those permissions are granted.

  1. Click on the "Eluve is disabled" message:

  2. Click "Accept permissions"
