Need to download all or some of your charts for a particular patient? No problem - we've got you covered. Whether they’re for your patient or for insurance / legal purposes, you can easily export patient charts in just a few clicks. You can download up to 50 appointments at a time.
Step 1: Visit your Patients portal within Eluve and search / select the patient you need charts for.
Step 2: Select individual appointments or select all available appointments.
You can use the checkbox in the header to select all:
💡 Tips:
If you have more than 10 appointments for this patient, expand the visible number of appointments accordingly. This will allow you to view all available patient appointments on a single page.
Filter by the appointment status "Summary Available" or "Signed" to narrow down appointments with notes generated.
Step 3: Once the desired appointments are selected, click Download Charts as PDF. A zipped folder of the chart PDFs will be downloaded to your device.
⚠️ Reminder: Patient charts contain sensitive information. Make sure only authorized users have access and that HIPAA protocols are followed.
